    Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a mental health treatment modality involving the movement of your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories.

    Gestalt therapy is an approach to psychotherapy that helps us focus on the present moment — the now versus the future. We understand what is actually happening in real time and how it makes us feel without making assumptions based on past experiences that will influence our next steps.

  • Mind + body + spirit

    Mindfulness is a practice of paying attention in the present moment with an attitude of kindness and curiosity. We learn how to be present by practicing meditation in its many forms. There are many benefits to a mindfulness meditation practice including but not limited to stress and anxiety reduction, improved sleep, enhanced memory and cognition, increased self confidence, and improved ADHD symptoms. I am trained by the Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults (MIEA) to teach mindfulness meditation.
